You can perform many transactions related to your Smart Card through our POS terminals.

I. DISPLAY BALANCE

-  You can access the menu by using these arrows
-  An option to be selected when users want to see their card balance.
-  You can also see your balance in the receipt given from POS Terminal after every sale transaction.
II.   LOAD CREDIT

-  You can access the menu by using these arrows.
-  It is the process of moving money onto the card. It can be performed in two ways as On-line (with telephone connection) or Off-line (without telephone connection) . In off-line credit loadings, users are required to insert card into the POS terminal. However, sometimes credit loading transaction is performed on-line. For this transaction MULTINET card users connect to the center by using “Load Credit” option located on main unit in POS terminal and transfer the credit pre-determined credit onto their cards.

III.        LAST 10 Transactions

-   You can access the menu by using these arrows.
-  Sometimes you may need to view last transaction backwards. In this case what you have to do is to select “Last 10 Transactions” from “Transactions” menu. Last 10 transactions performed with the card are located in information receipt coming out of POS terminal.

IV.       Transaction 2nd COPY

-  You can access the menu by using these arrows.
-  If a copy of transaction receipt is needed for any reason, when you select “Transaction 2nd Copy”  option from “Transactions” menu and press any button, terminal will give you the copy of latest transaction you performed.

V.        Password Transactions

-  You can access the menu by using these arrows. If you desire you can use your card with password.

    * Change Password

-  You can access the menu by using these arrows. If you want to change you recent password with a new one, you can select “Change Password” option from “Transactions” > “Password Transactions” menu.
* Enable Password
 -  You can turn your card which doesn’t have a password into a card with password easily by selecting “Enable Password” from “Transactions” > “Password Transactions” menu.

* Disable Password
-   If you want to make you card without password again, you should select “Disable Password” option from “Transactions” > “Password Transactions” menu.

* Open Blocked Password           
-  When wrong password is entered three times, your card is blocked. In order to unblock, after informing “Multinet Customer Relations” service about the situation, you should select “Open Password” option from “Transactions” menu.    
      
VI.       Cancel

    • You can access the menu by using these arrows             
      - In order to return from a transaction performed wrongly, go over “Cancel” option and press “ENTER”. In the screen you will be prompted for “Transaction NUMBER”. This number, is the slip number at the bottom of information receipt belonging to the transaction to be canceled. Enter this number and press “ENTER” button. During this process your card should be plugged into POS terminal.  IMPORTANT : In all transaction you will perform, you card should be plugged into POS terminal.
